Four separate authorities issue pool permits across our service area: Manatee County, Sarasota County, the City of Sarasota and the Town of Longboat Key.
These are not the same page with a city name swapped in. Each area has a different permit authority, different ground conditions and different site constraints, and each page covers its own.
